At Dunne & Co, our experience is what sets us apart from the competition. Our carpenters and joiners are truly skilled craftsmen and have all worked for Dunne & Co for a number of years. We know how important it is to keep the aesthetic of your period property as close to the original as possible. We work hard to re-use materials or source exactly the same materials (or as close as possible) of your original features. Our team of experts are adept at a wide range of techniques and have extensive knowledge of both modern and traditional methods of construction. Our team also has a diverse skillset so, no matter what type of work you are looking to be completed we will have the right person for the job. Just some of the team’s specialist skills include traditional/sash window repairs and reconstruction, mortice and tenon joints, timber frame buildings and bespoke staircase construction. We are also able to construct purpose made fitted furniture, windows, doors and any other timber item you can think of! Much of this work is carried out in our own specialist workshop.
