Part of the Sulham Estate , this Grade II listed Georgian property had been derelict for some years and was in ruins when we first started working there. We carried out a sympathetic restoration throughout.

Some time ago the lead from the roofs was stolen and the resulting water damage was extensive. We began by re-roofing, reinstating the leadwork. Repointing the walls in lime mortar and carrying out general repairs to the exterior. Most of the original features had survived but again they were close to being unsalvageable. A great deal of careful restoration work has been carried out. Reinstating the timber panelled rooms, the intricate cornices, mouldings and beautiful Georgian features. The windows are mostly timber sashes and wherever possible our highly skilled carpenters have restored them. The Sulham Estate draws its own water from bore holes and our clients were keen to utilise the latest sustainable technology for heating and hot water. A ground source heat system has been installed, combined with an array of buried ''slinkies'' (ground source heat pipes plus a new bore hole)
